As part of our continued growth, we are now strengthening our presence in Bulgaria and looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to play a pivotal role in building scalable HR processes from the ground up. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic project execution with hands-on delivery in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You will be at the center of structuring payroll & benefits, standardizing HR policies, designing processes, and enabling data-driven people insights that fuel our expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll & Benefits
  • Set up payroll processes in new locations and ensure accuracy and compliance.

    Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, and onboarding of benefits providers.

    Oversee renewals, communications, and rollout of benefit programs.

  • HR Policies & Procedures
  • Develop and localize internal HR policies and handbooks.

    Ensure alignment with legal and compliance requirements.

    Communicate and embed policies across the business.

  • Processes & Documentation
  • Standardize HR workflows through SOPs, guides, and process maps.

    Support audits and deliver process-related training to internal teams.

  • HR Analytics & Reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to track key HR metrics (headcount, turnover, payroll costs).

    Safeguard data integrity and provide reports to leadership and finance teams.

    Support ad hoc analysis and insights for decision-making.

    Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR operations, project management, or HR business partnering, ideally in a fast-growing, international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and HR compliance within Bulgaria (CEE knowledge is a plus).
  • Experience creating and localizing HR policies and process documentation.
  • Solid data skills, with the ability to build and interpret dashboards (Tableau or similar).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with proven experience using tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms to plan, track, and deliver projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English and Bulgarian (required); Polish language is considered a plus.
