About you:

  • You are terminally online, ideally understand CT culture

  • You have serious experience managing large communities or dealing with extremely high CX volume

  • You have high stress tolerance

  • You are available to grind 80 hour weeks as needed

About the role:

  • You’ll be one of two dedicated Community Managers, sharing full responsibility for the entire Believe ecosystem. You’ll respond directly with users across our support email and on X.

Benefits:

  • Up to $150K per year in base salary

  • Ownership in our coin, with an initial value of approximately $250K
