- Opportunities for training and growth
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and electronically
- Enter and process orders, returns, and special requests
- Research products and repair parts
- Communicate with vendors for pricing, availability, and returns
- Participate in company and vendor training sessions
- Pull and prepare orders for pick-up or delivery
- Receive, inspect, and stock inbound materials
- Organize products in racks, shelves, and bins
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Load and secure products for delivery
- Deliver items to customers on schedule and collect signatures
- Pick up return items from customers
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic truck maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Illinois Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly (75 lbs. occasionally)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Normal warehouse environment
- Exposure to varying weather conditions when loading/unloading or delivering
