Job Title: Field Support Agent

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Field Debt Solutions team as a Field Support Agent. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customers' circumstances and helping them agree on an appropriate solution to resolve their debt.
• Identify new tenants through face-to-face discussions, Letting Agents, and neighbors while complying with the Data Protection Act.
• Lead warrant teams to force entry into customer premises to exchange or disconnect meters when necessary.
• Record job information using the appropriate paperwork or electronic equipment.

• Reside within the designated area and be willing to travel.
• A full, valid UK/EU driving license (preferably clean, but with a maximum of six points).
