The intern will report to the Manager, Digital Integration This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Orlando, Florida, from January 2026 through June 2026 What you will do As an Intern on the Digital Integration team, you'll be allowed to turn your classroom skills into real-world experience in a lively, fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to grow your social community development skills with our innovative team leading all aspects of Disney Parks' social media channels.   • Proven proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms and current trends.

It would also be great if you have/are familiar with

  • Previous internships in digital marketing/social media.
  • Experience with Sprinklr or similar social content management platforms.
  • Passionate about the Disney brand or previous Disney experience.
  • Knowledge of fostering a community on social and sourcing user-generated content

Education

  • Junior or Senior preferred
  • Pursuing a degree in Social Media, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or other related fields.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the requirements below:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

Additional Information

  • The approximate dates of this internship are January 2026 through June 2026
  • Fully available from Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time Zone for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
  • Be aligned with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
  • Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Orlando, FL area
  • Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
