We are seeking a sales-driven, Studio Associate in our LA Studio to play a critical role in delivering a high-end, personalized customer experience while driving sales growth. This is a part-time role requirement 25-30 hours per week. If you’re passionate about interior design, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love exceeding sales goals, this opportunity is for you!
What You’ll Do:- Welcome customers and create a warm, engaging studio experience
- Guide clients through our product offerings and customization options
- Assist team with meeting and exceeding sales goals in a team selling environment.
- Work across multiple digital systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with day-to-day studio operations and upkeep
- Experience in a sales environment, preferably in furniture/home décor.
- Demonstrated affinity for people and creating a memorable customer experience.
- Proven capability in consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to work across multiple digital systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
