Product Manager

Remote · USA Full-time New today

Crisp is the leading collaborative commerce platform that connects CPG brands to real-time sales and inventory data from 40+ retailers and distributors. We serve 7,000+ brands representing over $2.5T in retail sales across 250K+ stores, working with industry leaders like J.M. Smucker, Nestlé, and KraftHeinz. Following our recent $72M Series B funding and strategic acquisitions of Atheon Analytics, Cantactix, ClearBox Analytics, Lumidata, and others, we're positioned for aggressive global expansion and product innovation in the $15T+ global supply chain market.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of our SKUtrak Core web application, a mission-critical product used by thousands of brands. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate across teams, shape the roadmap, and deliver innovations that help leading consumer brands unlock the power of their data.

What you’ll work on:

  • Product Ownership: Own and evolve the roadmap for SKUtrak Core, aligning customer needs with strategic goals.
  • Discovery & Definition: Lead structured discovery to deeply understand customer jobs-to-be-done.
  • Prioritization: Use data, evidence, and judgment to evaluate opportunities and focus on high-impact work.
  • Delivery Oversight: Partner with engineering and design to deliver valuable improvements quickly and iteratively.
  • Launch & Enablement: Collaborate with Product Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure successful launches.
  • Measurement: Define and track success metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a learning mindset, using feedback to improve both the product and how we build.

What makes you a great fit for the role:

  • 2–5 years in B2B product management, ideally SaaS.
  • Proven experience driving complex digital products end-to-end.
  • Strong discovery and research skills, with a customer-first, problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working with data: interpreting metrics, exploring datasets, collaborating with analysts.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across functions.
  • Organised and pragmatic, with sharp prioritization skills.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in retail, consumer goods, or data-driven products.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of analytics, dashboards, or B2B data products.

What Makes a Great Fit at Crisp:

  • Collaboration: You believe the best results come from working together. You share ideas, pitch in, and elevate those around you.
  • Grit: You’re curious, self-driven, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves. You get the job done even when the path isn’t clear and adapt quickly when things change.
  • People: You stay close to those we serve. Listening, learning, and building what matters most.
  • Feedback: You see it as fuel. You give it with care, take it with humility, and use it to level up.
  • Ingenuity: You solve problems with creativity and speed. You look for ways to streamline, automate, or improve without being asked.

Why join Crisp:

At Crisp, we believe in building both great products and great careers. We offer:

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Four-day work week
  • Private healthcare
  • Flexible, remote-friendly working culture
