We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst - (Remote) to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). (Remote) Job Description :

  • To analyze, document, and propose solutions for business areas and to prepare functional specifications.
  • Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications
  • Analyze and document business processes.
  • To provide the link between the customer, development team, and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle
  • Responsible for documenting client's requirements as Software Requirement Specification and for sign-off by the client.
  • Interact with the software engineering team to develop the software solution required by the client.
  • Manage client calls, requirement gathering, and analyzing project requirements.
  • Will interact with top management of client organizations to understand their business processes.
  • Will interact with the software engineering team to develop the software solution required by the clients.
  • Will be responsible for delivery of the solution in training and implementation at client premises.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
  • Possess communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Experience within the Healthcare Payer or Provider Industry space is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, or equivalent practical experience

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $96,500 - 158,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
