About You: You are a purpose-driven Registered Nurse who brings both clinical expertise and a client-first mindset. You thrive in a professional, supportive environment where compassion, accountability, and education go hand-in-hand. You are confident guiding clients through treatment decisions and helping them take the next step in their care journey.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations to determine medical suitability for treatment.
• Provide clear education on pelvic health and treatment options, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all regulatory standards.
• Support client conversion by building trust and explaining the benefits of treatment plans in a caring, professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to create a seamless, polished clinic experience.
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong sense of accountability.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in Ontario.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience (experience in women’s health, urology, or gynecology an asset).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and comfort with computerized client management systems.
• Professional presence with a commitment to delivering empathetic, high-quality care.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
