Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Inquiry Handling: Respond to inbound customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to drive business growth.
  • Proactive Prospecting: Employ diverse outreach strategies, including phone and email, to proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities that align with our company's goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the marketing team to identify lead opportunities and coordinate follow-up appointments, while regularly communicating progress updates to sales leadership through weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Solution Presentation: Utilize training to present customers with a comprehensive understanding of our software solutions, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and sustain relationships with prospects, clients, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless sales experience and driving long-term growth.
  • Sales Support: Cooperate closely with sales professionals and attend meetings to bolster ongoing sales initiatives and contribute to team success.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational abilities, allowing for effective prioritization and focus adjustment based on team and business requirements.
  • Workflow Systems: Sound understanding of workflow systems and their role in enhancing business processes.
