Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems from various sources. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems from various sources, including paper documents, digital files, and other data sources.
  • Maintain data integrity by verifying and validating data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Ensure effective processing of data by performing data quality checks, identifying errors, and correcting discrepancies.
  • Meet productivity standards and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Data Entry Manager and other team members to resolve data-related issues and implement best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience in data entry and data management.
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy (at least 40 words per minute).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field.
