Under new ownership since May 2023, our beautifully renovated property includes The Manor, a 20-room luxury inn overlooking Squam Lake; Van Horn Dining Room; The Isaac Bistro & Pub; our brand-new 140-guest event space, The Mirador; and Seasons Spa—with even more exciting additions on the way. We’re building a best-in-class guest experience rooted in excellence, and we’re looking for a Front Desk Associate who shares our passion for service, teamwork, and attention to detail. What You’ll Do: * Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs with warmth and professionalism * Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and phone calls efficiently * Assist guests with requests and ensure their needs are met promptly * Support the dining room team during service and share in tips from evening shifts * Reconcile daily accounts, balance the cash drawer, and log receipts accurately * Help maintain smooth front desk operations and deliver five-star service * Take on additional tasks as needed in a collaborative environment What We’re Looking For: * Strong communication skills—both written and verbal * Excellent customer service instincts and a friendly, professional demeanor * Proficiency with computers and basic office software * Availability to work evening shifts * Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles is preferred * Bartending experience is a plus and offers additional earning potential through dining room support Why Join Us?
