Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing friendly, helpful, and professional service to customers via phone, email, and chat support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to process and record information accurately
  • Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a quiet and distraction-free environment
  • Must pass a criminal history background check

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment
