- Engaging directly with customers through live chat on our website and social media platforms
- Resolving queries, providing product information, facilitating sales through direct links, and offering promotions and discounts
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
