What You'll Be Doing:

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for responding to live chat messages on behalf of our clients across various industries. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Delivering discount codes, promotions, and sales links to customers
  • Providing product information, answering questions, and addressing concerns
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and personalized support

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites and social media accounts

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high satisfaction ratings
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times and resolution rates
  • Collaborate with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using a computer, tablet, or smartphone to access social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, social media, and online marketing
  • Experience with CRM software, helpdesk tools, or other customer support platforms
  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple chats and tasks simultaneously
