Enterprise Architect (OCM – Organizational Change Management)

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect with strong OCM expertise to lead enterprise architecture initiatives and support business transformation programs.

Position Overview

The Enterprise Architect (OCM) will play a key role in designing and implementing enterprise-wide IT strategies and solutions. This individual will align technology initiatives with business objectives, ensure scalability and compliance, and guide organizational change processes to support adoption and transformation.

This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in enterprise architecture frameworks and OCM methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align IT initiatives with long-term business goals.
  • Lead organizational change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies that improve system performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify gaps, dependencies, and risks in enterprise systems.
  • Guide solution design and implementation for digital transformation, ERP, and cloud migrations.
  • Facilitate architecture governance, technology reviews, and compliance oversight.
  • Create and present architecture documentation, blueprints, and technical proposals to stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior architects and technical staff, providing guidance on best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or IT strategy.
  • Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for large-scale enterprise programs.
  • Expertise in TOGAF, Zachman, or similar architecture frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern enterprise systems.
  • Experience integrating ERP, CRM, and data management systems at the enterprise level.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in TOGAF, Prosci (OCM), or PMP.
  • Prior experience in large enterprise or consulting environments.
  • Understanding of DevOps, data architecture, and API management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across remote and on-site environments.
