Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring pallets of product are built safely and efficiently to minimize product damage during transportation and maximize trailer space
• Safely operating equipment necessary to perform job duties, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and Vocollect

• Maintaining knowledge of all quality standards, specifications, and requirements for all products
• Informing operations management of daily quality issues using reports and other forms of necessary communication
• Maintaining the integrity of the cold chain on loads that have temperature requirements
• Working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to cold temperatures and lifting weights of up to 50 pounds occasionally

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
