Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing solutions to their problems, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, from individuals to businesses, and will be expected to provide exceptional service and support to each and every one of them.

Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds, ensuring that their issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products and services
  • Provide information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products, identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, using our CRM system to track customer interactions and preferences
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

* Fluency in English (both written and verbal), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required – we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and have a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly, including our CRM system and other software applications
  • Home office setup with a reliable internet connection, a quiet and distraction-free workspace, and a dedicated phone line (if required)
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
