Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and providing updates to customers via email
  • Ensuring that all tickets are closed out quickly and efficiently, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Collaborating with our Help Desk technicians to resolve customer issues and provide timely and effective solutions
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous experience in IT Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer
