Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
As a Part-Time Remote Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and driving business results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce: You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of hourly workforce to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the business are operating safely, efficiently, and effectively, and that customer delivery promises are met.
- Collaborate with all support teams: You will work closely with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach: You will be required to lift and move packages and equipment as needed, and to perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
- Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts: You will be required to stand and walk for extended periods of time during shifts, and to be able to move quickly and efficiently around the warehouse.
- Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud: You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where the noise level can be loud, and you will need to be able to communicate effectively with your team and other stakeholders.
- Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather: You will be working in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather conditions, and you will need to be able to adapt to changing conditions.

Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $20 to $28 per hour, based on qualifications.
Qualifications
