The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through a combination of technical expertise, product knowledge, and genuine care. You will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions
  • Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering systems to ensure seamless transactions
  • Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues, improve processes, and drive customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Perks
