Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Representative to join our team on a 4-day shift schedule. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Schedule and Work Environment
* 4-day shift schedule: Saturday (12:30pm-11pm Eastern time), Sunday (9am-7:30pm Eastern time), Monday (10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time), and Tuesday (10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time)
- Flexible schedule with 10-hour shifts per day
- Remote work arrangement with a secure and quiet work environment required
- blithequark will provide all necessary equipment and technology
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00/hour with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
- 2 weeks paid time off per year

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or related environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the Lighting Industry or related field
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with live chat and email support
- Certification in customer service or a related field
