Job Summary
As a Sterile Processing Customer Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing expert knowledge and support to hospitals in the Detroit area. Your primary focus will be on training customers on proper sterile processing techniques, identifying cost containment opportunities, and contributing to process improvement. Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert training and support to hospitals in the Detroit area on proper sterile processing techniques
- Identify cost containment opportunities and develop strategies to implement process improvements

- Present to surgical technicians, nurses, and doctors on sterile processing best practices
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED
- 4 years of related experience, ideally in a clinical environment
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to understand and present to surgical technicians, nurses, and doctors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
