Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in using computers, web-based applications, and customer support software

Experience

While previous experience in customer service, call centers, or technical support is preferred, it is not required. However, experience working in a remote setting and familiarity with e-commerce or online shopping platforms are advantageous.

Working Hours

As a remote team member, you will have flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time opportunities. You may be required to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on customer demand. Shifts are assigned based on business needs and may include rotating schedules.
