Account Executive

Job Summary  To be successful in this position, the Account Executive will utilize their technology sales experience and internal drive to learn the product, the market and desire to meet sales goals.   Location Remote/Work from Home from the following US States: CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT,  Expected base salary range Depending on location and experience of candidate: $80-85,000/year base pay plus incentive  Responsibilities / Essential Functions 
  • Build, manage and grow channel partner sales pipeline
  • Build, manage and grow direct sales pipeline
  • Quickly develop and maintain strong product knowledge and able to demonstrate value to prospects
  • Follow documented sales process and tasks   
  • Apply PairSoft's consultative sales process, reporting requirements and policies
  • Maintain sales records in Salesforce system and other tools
  • Consistently meet or exceed quota goals
Requirements 
  • Minimum completed high school level education, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years technology sales / SaaS experience with a strong track record exceeding quota
  • Accounting / AP or document / workflow management solution sales experience strongly preferred
  • Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite and Sage Intacct Channel a plus
  • Ability to consistently close deals through pipeline management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, high energy and demonstrated team player.  Hunter style personality is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision yet understand the need for regular communication and coordination with management
  • Detailed oriented and outstanding organizations skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills required
  • Experience with Business Process Automation or ERP a plus
