Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Executive at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
- Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with our customer service policies.
- Collaborating with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Entering new customer information into our system and updating existing customer information.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues, directing cases to appropriate resources.
- Documenting all customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Utilizing computer technology to handle high call volumes and navigate software applications.
- Working with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Closing out or opening call records and compiling reports on overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- The ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support is a plus.
Skills
To excel as a Customer Service Executive, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- The capacity to handle customer rejection and remain professional; resilience is key.
