The Role
As a Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your primary duties will include:

Essential Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of customer support experience, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success in a customer support and sales environment (2+ years)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to perform multiple tasks and navigate electronic systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available
Preferred Qualifications
