What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your responsibilities will include: • Research and problem-solving: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues. • Critical thinking and creativity: You'll think critically and creatively to help our customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. • Exceptional customer service: You'll go above and beyond to "wow" our customers and provide an exceptional experience. What You'll Need To succeed in this role, you'll need: • 1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment: You'll have experience working in a customer-facing role and understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Excellent communication skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. • Ability to multi-task and think critically: You'll be able to handle multiple tasks and think critically to resolve customer issues. • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed: You'll be able to adapt to changing schedules and work overtime as required. • Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license: You'll need to pass a background check to obtain a KY Rx Tech license.
