Key Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing live chat conversations with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing timely resolutions
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective communication
  • Troubleshooting basic issues and escalating complex concerns to senior support specialists
  • Providing product information, order status updates, and return assistance to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall support experience
  • Adhering to blithequark's customer service standards, policies, and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues efficiently
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools
  • Availability to work flexible, part-time hours within standard business time zones (USA)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
