Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/ Order Processor to join our team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Heavy credit memo experience and knowledge of credit memo creation, application, and verification on purchase orders
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative/ Order Processor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Processing orders and resolving complex issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance and quality standards
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Heavy credit memo experience and knowledge of credit memo creation, application, and verification on purchase orders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the gaming industry or a related field
- Knowledge of credit memo software and systems
