Key Responsibilities

  • Learn about products using our tools and provide expert information to customers, enabling them to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Greet, qualify, recommend, and close sales with every customer in your department, working to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of adjacent departments, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers
  • Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring that they are clean, shop-able, and safe for customers
  • Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department, as well as other departments, to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and immediately correcting hazards and unsafe conditions
