Responsibilities

As a blithequark Online Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the printing and distribution of online pick tickets multiple times daily
  • Assisting customers via phone and email ticketing system to make order changes, place orders, and resolve issues
  • Checking in and completing all online returns
  • Answering all inbound phone calls and routing to the appropriate team member when necessary
  • Assisting the warehouse picking team with questions on tickets and orders
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned and directed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An associate's degree or higher (relevant work experience may be considered as a substitute for degree)
  • A professional and polite attitude and demeanor
  • Previous experience in customer service and with web-based customer service platforms (a plus)
  • The ability to learn and take constructive direction
  • General computer skills
