About the Role

The Influencer & Community Marketing Manager is the connective tissue between SET's brand storytelling, influencer network, affiliate ecosystem, and community engagement. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution - overseeing influencer partnerships, ShopMy affiliate programs, UGC sourcing, and community activations within TYB (SET's loyalty platform). You'll lead the charge in scaling SET's creator-driven growth engine - leveraging influencers, affiliates, and everyday community voices to drive awareness, conversion, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Affiliate Strategy

  • Develop and execute a cohesive influencer and affiliate marketing strategy aligned with SET's business goals, brand positioning, and product calendar.
  • Own SET's presence on ShopMy, managing affiliate recruitment, onboarding, commissions, creator performance, and optimization - turning ShopMy into a top revenue channel.
  • Strategically identify, nurture, and expand SET's creator network across categories (fitness, fashion, lifestyle, wellness) - prioritizing creators who align with the brand's elevated aesthetic and community values.
  • Nurture influencer relationships in an authentic, long-term way - ensuring creators feel connected to SET's mission and valued as brand partners.
  • Lead intentional influencer gifting programs for drops, core collections, and community moments - from concept through execution, ensuring each initiative ladders up to measurable outcomes.
  • Help conceptualize and package custom gifting for influencers when special activations or brand moments call for it.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce influencer toolkits, lookbooks, and assets that align with campaign storytelling.
  • Partner cross-functionally on IRL influencer activations - contributing to planning, logistics, and execution when in-person experiences or events are part of SET's marketing calendar.
  • Maintain and continually optimize influencer management systems and databases - ensuring up-to-date performance data, product preferences, and contact details.
  • Track and analyze key KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, EMV, affiliate sales, ROI), presenting insights and recommendations monthly to key stakeholders.
  • Integrate AI-powered workflows to streamline creator outreach, list curation, and reporting - improving efficiency and data accuracy.

UGC & Content Amplification

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of UGC creators and micro-influencers to generate authentic, high-performing content for paid and organic use.
  • Partner with the performance and creative teams to test, optimize, and repurpose UGC across email, paid media, and social channels.
  • Source and brief UGC creators in alignment with SET's brand aesthetic and messaging guidelines.
  • Use AI-enabled tools to catalog, tag, and evaluate UGC performance metrics for content optimization.

Community Marketing & TYB Engagement

  • Own day-to-day engagement and relationship-building within TYB, SET's community and loyalty platform - including messaging, feedback loops, and incentive structures.
  • Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to evolve SET's community strategy within TYB - developing programs that reward engagement, amplify brand advocacy, and deepen customer connection.
  • Conceptualize and execute opportunities for community members to receive product seeding, join exclusive experiences, or contribute to UGC.
  • Identify and activate "community influencers" who organically champion the brand - turning loyal customers into measurable brand growth drivers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with lifecycle, creative, and marketing teams to ensure community programs integrate seamlessly with broader campaigns.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports covering influencer, affiliate, and community metrics - highlighting insights, wins, and opportunities for iteration.
  • Own budget tracking for influencer gifting and affiliate commissions, ensuring spend efficiency and ROI alignment.
  • Leverage AI and analytics tools to synthesize creator data, audience insights, and campaign impacts into actionable recommendations.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate cross functionally teamwide to ensure influencer, UGC, and community strategies support campaign storytelling, sell-through goals, and long-term brand growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry shifts - from emerging creators to platform updates and AI-driven influencer tools - to keep SET's approach culturally relevant and forward-thinking.

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in influencer, community, or affiliate marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands.
  • Proven track record growing and managing influencer or affiliate networks.
  • Experience leveraging UGC and micro-influencers for content and conversion.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives under tight timelines.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms, community/loyalty apps, and AI-enabled marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build authentic relationships internally and externally.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
