Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Order/Data Entry Representative, you will play a critical role in processing customer purchase orders, ensuring timely and efficient order processing, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments
• Continuously improving the level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing
• Receiving, editing, and entering incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner
• Reviewing, verifying, and making corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications
• Contacting customers to resolve unclear issues and ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
• Managing orders in the business system through the entire order cycle
• Screening all international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures
• Gathering information for measurement, analysis, and reporting

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience
• Customer interaction experience is preferred
• Computer experience, including use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle experience
• Education & Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years
• Associates Degree preferred
• Paid Training
• Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable
• Ability to work independently from home

Associate Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following associate requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Background Check
• Drug Test
• Must be at least 18 years old
