Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing compassionate and proactive customer service to our Medicare members. You'll be responsible for educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts. You'll utilize compliant documentation standards, provide empathetic and member-centric service, and exceed our members' expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues based on incoming telephone member contacts

  • Utilize compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Provide empathetic and member-centric service, exceeding our members' expectations
  • Ensure that every member is shown respect, kindness, and all questions are thoroughly answered/resolved
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate

  • Ability to apply patience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills
  • High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
  • Or, equivalent military experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer Service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary range: $17.00 - $27.16 per hour

  • $1000 sign-on bonus (not applicable to current internal employees of CVS or Aetna)
  • $2000 retention bonus after 180 days (not applicable to current internal employees of CVS or Aetna)
