Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our Alexa Data Services team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working with a variety of text, speech, and other types of data to ensure high-quality information is processed and stored accurately
• Utilizing in-house tools and software to meet our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth
• Reporting any issues with tools and software as they arise to ensure seamless operations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that enhance data quality and efficiency
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all relevant arenaflex policies and procedures for handling sensitive data
