Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative working from home for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll also be expected to handle customer complaints, process orders, and escalate complex issues as needed.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 1 year of customer service experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Available to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
