The Pharmacy Strategy Consultant will support the Pharmacy Strategy Team with projects related to strategy development, planning, and implementation to drive growth and improve affordability in the pharmacy space.
Skills
- Bachelor degree / Master's Degree
- Analysis/Synthesis/Insight Generation: Preliminary ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and summarize findings
- Critical Thinking/Problem Solving: Preliminary ability to identify problems and support development of potential solutions
- Collaboration and Interpersonal Effectiveness: Ability to develop/maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues in the Enterprise Pharmacy Team and some beyond
- Communication Skills: Developing ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written, and visual channels
- Developing ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially in the pharmacy value chain
- Experience with corporate strategy, growth strategy and product strategy
