The Instructional Designer will create engaging training experiences and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure compliance and employee success.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and updating asynchronous training content
  • Supporting required training tied to compliance and accreditation
  • Facilitating occasional virtual or live trainings
  • Serving as the primary owner of the Learning Management System (LMS):
  • Assigning trainings accurately
  • Maintaining and updating content
  • Building reports for leadership and compliance
  • Supporting employee recognition tied to training completion
  • Troubleshooting LMS-related issues
  • Applying feedback and best practices to continuously improve learning

Skills

  • Experience training others, building learning content, or supporting onboarding
  • Ability to design and update asynchronous training content
  • Experience in supporting required training tied to compliance and accreditation
  • Comfortable facilitating occasional virtual or live trainings
  • Experience in serving as the primary owner of a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Ability to assign trainings accurately and maintain/update content in the LMS
  • Ability to build reports for leadership and compliance
  • Ability to support employee recognition tied to training completion
  • Ability to troubleshoot LMS-related issues
  • Ability to apply feedback and best practices to continuously improve learning
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to improve how information is shared
  • Ability to collaborate across teams with different priorities
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to grow skills
  • Care for how training impacts employee confidence and client care
