About the Role

As a Member Experience Operator, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our members and helping them navigate the healthcare system. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information about our services and benefits
  • Building strong relationships with members and stakeholders
  • Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve member experience

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills, highly desired ( immediate $1 per hour bump in pay)
