[Remote] Pharmacy Technician Care Advocate (MTM & Adherence)

The Pharmacy Technician Care Advocate role supports the clinical team by collaborating with prescribers and beneficiaries to ensure appropriate drug selection and resolve medication-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication therapy management (MTM) via triage of inbound calls, monitor prescriber responses, and support pharmacist completion of Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs)
- Communicate with network pharmacies, prescribers, and beneficiaries to deliver MTM services
- Document and record services in databases/software to ensure compliance with CMS requirements
- Support drug utilization review (DUR) initiatives through meeting preparation, letter campaigns, and telephonic outreach
- Assist with basic data analytics, intervention tracking, and preparation for regulatory audits related to overutilization programs
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills
- High School diploma or GED required
- 0-1 year experience in pharmacy operations within managed care, hospitals, or retail environments
- Ability to work remotely within the US
- Training required from 10am to 7pm Eastern Time for the first two weeks and two additional days
- Work schedule 11am to 8pm Monday through Friday in applicant's own time zone, no exceptions
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and/or Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification preferred
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or another language highly preferred
