They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will manage inbound calls from customers and deliver exceptional customer service after completing a specialized training program.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing service
  • Manage and respond to all customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services
  • Deliver high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication
  • Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information

Skills

  • Prior call center experience is a plus, but we value candidates with a proven background in fast-paced customer service environments
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills with a proven history of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume environment by demonstrating exceptional adaptability and multi-tasking skills
  • Comfortable utilizing new technology and have a proven ability to excel in a remote work environment
