[Remote] FX Artist (General Submission)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Company 3 is a provider of a full range of Creative Services for content creators. The FX Artist will work in Houdini to create high quality simulations and FX effects, collaborating with project teams and applying feedback to meet client briefs.
Responsibilities
- Attend dailies sessions with the project team and work proactively to contribute to creative problem solving
- Apply creative and technical feedback as it is provided from the project leads
- Communicate clearly and frequently with the project team
Skills
- Proficient in Houdini, Maya, Nuke and other necessary software
- Ability to create custom setups or pickup previously built setups
- Experienced in lighting and shading your own shots
- Working knowledge of programming software such as Python, Maya API
- Demonstrated ability working with strict deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to take direction and find creative solutions during the iterative process
- Strong attention to detail
