The role involves supporting the sales process by engaging with prospective clients, coordinating virtual meetings, and assisting in the presentation and enrollment of benefit and protection programs.

Responsibilities

  • Contact provided leads to coordinate and schedule virtual client meetings
  • Assist in presenting benefit programs and enrolling new clients
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established sales workflows
  • Collaborate with managers to set goals and meet performance targets
  • Provide ongoing client support and relationship management

Skills

  • Must currently reside in Canada or the United States
  • Possession of an insurance license or willingness to obtain one
  • Laptop or desktop computer with a working camera
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, be coached, and follow proven systems
  • Sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude with a long-term career mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
