1. System Administrator
   1. Ability to customize existing processes within Workfront
   2. Customize existing reports/create new reports for multiple workstreams - especially during business lines reorganization
   3. Develop/update reporting for new or existing business lines
   4. Keep up with any SSO maintenance needs
   5. Perform data quality processes within the application
   6. Vendor Liaison -monthly vendor meetings, address issues, upcoming software changes (WF Roadmap)

1. User Support
   1. Maintain and managed the Workfront Support queue
   2. Provide user support for all user levels
   3. Keep up with application releases and updates - communicate to all users as needed (Relevant to specific workstream)
   4. Data visibility troubleshooting - user level
   5. Maintain group/teams/users data visibility through org changes
   6. Conduct multiple 1-1 sessions with users as needed

1. Workfront Customization
   1. Ability to run a project from end to end for specific process to build
   2. Ability to gather requirements and assess future process data model - have enough knowledge in Workfront to assess whether a good fit or not.
   3. Work thru requirements whether attainable or not with business lines
   4. Design process prototypes, work thru in agile mode with Business line to deliver new process in an efficient manner
   5. Provide post support once project goes live
   6. Execute ongoing process improvement on existing workstreams
