AI Engineer Intern - Architecture
Zeta Global is an AI-Powered Marketing Cloud that utilizes advanced artificial intelligence to enhance marketing efficiency. The intern will support the Architecture and Platform Engineering group by building automation tools and decision-support capabilities to aid senior engineers, while also documenting technical work and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and prototyping of automation and decision-support tools
- Build and refine small internal utilities or models based on team requirements
- Create and run test cases to evaluate the accuracy and usefulness of these tools
- Implement simple integrations with existing systems (e.g., documentation or ticketing tools)
- Document technical work, findings, and best practices so the core team can maintain and extend it
Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python or a similar language
- Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and basic software design principles
- Experience with APIs, web services, or backend development (coursework or projects)
- Ability to design and run small experiments, and interpret basic metrics/results
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and ask good questions
