Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the front line to our Spanish-speaking customers, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently and accurately submitting their orders. This is a fully remote position, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities may include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders
  • Addressing questions and providing exceptional customer service
  • Inputting order information into the appropriate client order screen
  • Documenting all conversations with clients into our client information database
  • Ensuring all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
  • Contacting case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
  • Working quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills
  • High school degree or GED
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Clear oral communication skills
  • Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
  • Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
  • Must have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port
  • Must have a quiet workspace that is free from distraction

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • 1 year of previous call center experience
  • Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive starting wage of $16.00/hour, with weekly paychecks and benefits available after 30 days of employment. Our team members are eligible for a tiered growth path for promotion starting Day 1 and are eligible for Referral Bonuses starting Day 1.

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
  • Visual perception to perform the job, including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
