Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Caldera Medical is a growth stage medical device company dedicated to improving the quality of life for women. They are seeking a Sales Associate to develop a sales career in medical device sales, supporting a Territory Representative and managing accounts after training.

Responsibilities

  • Support a Territory Representative (TR)
  • Assume ownership for several accounts post training
  • Maintain all existing revenue
  • Attend surgical cases in the operating room
  • Build pipeline momentum of opportunities
  • Secure hospital approvals and surgeon support

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 6 months of outside B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling face to face
  • Consistent track record of attaining sales goals
  • Live within territory you're supporting
  • Strong relationship building and critical thinking skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to be coached and developed
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be willing to travel 30-40% of the time, with some overnights required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Outlook
