Job Summary
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients with their travel-related inquiries and concerns. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services, and resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and upsell additional services or travel packages to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings, reservations, and general travel information
- Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services according to their preferences and budget
- Provide guidance and support to customers in navigating travel websites and online booking platforms
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
