[Remote] Remote Personal Lines Account Manager

Branco Insurance Group is a client-focused insurance agency dedicated to providing personalized insurance solutions and exceptional service. They are currently seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a book of personal insurance accounts, focusing on building client relationships and ensuring high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day service needs for personal lines accounts
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
  • Handle renewals, remarketing, and coverage reviews as needed
  • Review policies and documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Issue certificates, ID cards, and proof of insurance
  • Communicate with clients regarding coverage options, billing, and policy questions
  • Work with carriers to resolve underwriting or service issues
  • Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
  • Identify cross-sell and coverage improvement opportunities and communicate them to producers or sales staff

Skills

  • 1–3+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience (agency or carrier)
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain)
  • Knowledge of personal lines coverages (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, etc.)
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with agency management systems and carrier platforms
